Technical review
Know what sitsbehind the specification
A qualification checklist, not a sample COA.
01 Identity & composition
02 Assay basis & test methods
03 Batch results & agreed limits
04 Site, lot & shipment records
Review specifications, batch COAs and available identity/assay methods, with material-specific residual-solvent, microbiological and other test requirements.
Review source, manufacturing route, carriers, allergens, GMO status, storage, shelf life and handling requirements.
Link raw-material and production-site information with lot, analytical, packing and shipment records. Our quality team reviews additional testing, audit requests and change-control requirements.

Share ingredient, specification, application, quantity and destination to define technical and commercial requirements

Botanovance is a nutraceutical ingredient manufacturer with five company-owned production bases in Hunan, China. We manufacture botanical ingredients, functional nutrients and specialty ingredient formats, and provide ingredient development, technical support and supplement OEM/ODM services.
Yes. All five production bases are owned by Botanovance. Together, they cover botanical extraction, natural active ingredient research and development, high-purity ingredient production, biofermentation, chemical synthesis and finished supplement manufacturing.
A standardized extract has a specified content of one or more defined markers or constituents. A ratio extract describes a stated relationship between starting botanical material and extract. Confirm the ratio basis, solvent and carriers; the ratio alone does not establish marker content.
For aqueous applications, define active concentration, pH, temperature, mixing and clarity or sedimentation criteria. For liposomal ingredients, review active and phospholipid composition and available characterization. Agree the required test methods and assess the selected grade in the intended formulation.
Request a specification sheet, a batch Certificate of Analysis, available identity and assay method information, and an SDS where applicable. Our technical and quality teams can also provide relevant source, composition, allergen, GMO, storage, shelf-life and certification information for the selected Botanovance production site, ingredient and grade.
No. Certification and verification scope varies by holder, site, activity, ingredient and grade. Request the current records for the material you plan to purchase. A scheme name on a company page does not establish certification of every product.
The selected ingredient and grade, custom processing, order quantity, packaging, testing, certification needs and production schedule affect commercial terms. Share the destination and required delivery date so freight, handling and timing can be reviewed alongside the product quotation.
Yes. Botanovance provides OEM/ODM and private label services through its own supplement manufacturing facility. Share your intended dosage form, formulation brief, order quantity, packaging and destination market. Our technical and production teams define the formulation, sampling, manufacturing scope, MOQ and production schedule for your project.
